(1) Before starting the machine, you must check whether the automatic water supply device is normal, and whether the water tank is a reasonable amount of water (the machine has been adjusted to the right level at the factory, and the user can not make adjustments).

(2) Plug in the power supply, the ice machine began to work, first of all, the water pump began to run (the pump has a short period of time to exhaust the air process) about 2 minutes after the compressor began to start, the machine enters the state of ice-making.

(3) When the thickness of ice reaches the set thickness, the ice plate probe starts to start, the defrost solenoid valve starts to work, the water pump stops working, the hot air enters the evaporator, and the ice falls in about 1 minute. When the ice is falling, make the falling ice gear plate flip and open the reed switch. When the reed switch is closed again, the machine enters into the ice making process again.

(4) The compressor does not stop during the entire ice making and de-icing process.

(5) When the ice storage bucket is full of ice and the reed switch cannot close automatically, the machine stops working automatically. When enough ice is taken away and the reed switch closes again, the machine starts after a 3-minute delay and re-enters the ice-making process.

Precautions

The ice machine should be installed away from heat sources, no direct sunlight, well-ventilated place, the ambient temperature should not exceed 35 degrees Celsius, in order to prevent the ambient temperature is too high to lead to the condenser heat dissipation, affecting the effect of ice making. The ground where the ice maker is installed should be solid and level, and the ice maker must be kept horizontal, otherwise it will lead to no ice removal and noise during operation.

Ice machine back and left and right side clearance of not less than 30cm, the top clearance of not less than 60cm, should use an independent power supply, dedicated line power supply and equipped with fuses and leakage protection switch, and should be reliably grounded.

Ice machine water should meet the national drinking water standards, and install water filtration devices, filtering impurities in the water, so as not to clog the water pipe, contaminated water tanks and ice mold. And affect the performance of ice-making.

Handling ice machine carefully and gently, to prevent violent vibration, handling slope can not be less than 45 degrees, after long-distance transportation, the ice machine should be placed 2-6 hours before opening the ice machine.

When cleaning the ice machine should be turned off, it is strictly prohibited to use the hose directly to the body of the rinse, should be neutral detergent scrubbing, is strictly prohibited to use acid, alkaline and other corrosive solvents cleaning.
